Architecture.
Document ingestion pipeline parses official customs PDFs into chunks, embeds them with a domain-tuned encoder, and stores in a vector DB. At query time a hybrid retriever combines BM25 + vector search; top-k chunks feed an LLM that produces a cited answer. Zero hallucination — every claim cites the source paragraph.
